Our History
MorniPac Consultancy was established in 2002 with a vision to deliver innovative ICT solutions that support business growth and digital transformation across Africa.
From its early beginnings, the organization focused on providing technology-driven services in software, infrastructure, and ICT advisory. As the digital landscape evolved, so did MorniPac expanding its capabilities into cybersecurity, digital forensics, ICT governance, and compliance solutions.
In 2006, the company expanded its operations regionally, strengthening its presence in Southern Africa and positioning itself to serve a wider range of clients across both public and private sectors. In 2014 it opened an office in Zimbabwe, MorniPac Consultants.

Dr. Whisper Rukanda is an experienced ICT and cybersecurity executive with extensive expertise in digital transformation, ICT advisory, cybersecurity, risk management, project management, and digital forensics. With a strong background in enterprise technology solutions and governance, he has led and supported numerous consulting, audit, and technology initiatives across Southern Africa. He holds advanced qualifications in ICT, business leadership, cybersecurity, risk management and project management, bringing strategic insights and technical excellence to MorniPac Consultants’ operations and reginal growth
